Our standard turn around time for repairs on cylinders, if all the parts are standard, is 5 days. The turn around time for repairs on floor jacks, again if all the parts are standard, is 2 weeks.

As long as your item is an American made item we should be able to acquire parts to complete a repair. Units that were manufactured cheaply were done so for replacability rather than repairs and often parts for these can’t be acquired.

Yes, we offer a 90 day warranty on repairs for equipment, cylinders, pumps, and motors. HOWEVER if you bring us a unit that has damage that you choose not to have repaired (ex. a damaged rod) or replaced, we will not be offering a warranty.
